Dr./Professor Lent C. Carr, II, Ph.D., an advocate for Social Justice, Human Rights, Economic Equality, and Youth Empowerment is the National President of The National Congressional Voting Caucus for Human Rights International Organization; Chancellor of ECEI University; Hoke County's Chapter President for Citizens for Community Action (CCFCA)--Breaking the Chain Inc.; ad-hoc formulation of "We The People Democratic Organization. Dr. Carr was the 2022 Valedictorian of Bible Institute  of America. Dr. Carr has earned the following degrees. Doctorate of Christian Psychology -Bible Institute of America, Doctorate of Christian Sociology - Bible Institute of America. Doctorate of Christian Education - Bible Institute of America, J.C.D Degree in religious Law and Organizations, Doctorate of Philosophy - Bible Institute of America, Doctorate Degree in World and Religious' History 

Dr. Carr has also earned multiple degrees from various schools of higher learning.

 

Dr. Carr has received numerous recognition  for his altruistic service to the community including

  2023 Recipient of The "We The People" Global Humanitarian Award;

Three (3) time Recipient of The Prestigious United States Presidents' LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD as bestowed by The Honorable Barack Obama (2018); President Donald J. Trump (2021), and President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. (2022), for his lifelong commitment to  charitable Service in Humanitarianism and Volunteerism across The Nation.

Dr. Carr is also the proud Husband of Dr. Deltrina V. Carr, Ph.D. Father of Seven (7) beautiful Children and Grandfather of Ten (10) amazing Grandchildren.

Dr. Carr is also Senior Pastor of Emmaus Cathedral GPACFB International Church - Raeford NC; Presiding Prelate of Greater Pentecostal Assembly, Churches of the First Born International Conference.

Dr. Carr is also a multifaceted Business Owner of Emmaus Corp. Embassy Enterprise Group, LLC of North Carolina, Risk Management Specialist, Domestic and Legal Research Analyst (for Attorneys), Grant Writer, Policy Composer, Freelance Investigative Journalist, special investigator,  and Financing & Business Consultant Specialist.

County Commissioner and is currently vying for County Commissioner 2024.
